February 11, 2015 – etouches Appoints Matthew Fish as Chief Financial Officer

SaaS Technology Industry Executive to Head Finance Team for global leader of in-cloud Event Management Software

NORWALK, Conn., February 11, 2015 – etouches, a top provider of in-cloud event management enterprise software, today announces the appointment of Matthew Fish as Chief Financial Officer for the organization. Matt is focused on leading and aligning the finance function to be in lock-step with the needs of the business, and will oversee all aspects of financial activities including financial planning and reporting, investor relations, tax, treasury and risk management.

“Following an extensive search, it was clear that Matt was the right executive to round out our leadership team,” said Oni Chukwu, CEO of etouches. “His wealth of diverse experience in driving functional excellence and profitable growth, spanning over 20 years the in technology, financial services and business consulting industries, will be critical in etouches’ growth and success in the coming years.”

Most recently, Matthew spent six years as the CFO for TuneSat, a leading SaaS technology company that revolutionized the way music copyrights are identified, reported and monetized. While at TuneSat, he was instrumental in transforming the business from a startup into an emerging global technology company, generating significant revenue growth. Previously, he served as the CFO for JP Morgan Equities Technology and as Head of North American Finance & Business Management for Deutsche Bank Private Bank. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Accenture gaining proficiency in reengineering and integrating new processes and technology for Fortune 500 companies.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management Information Systems from The University of Albany, SUNY.
